Bluehili Enterprises
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This policy explains how Bluehili Enterprises LLC (“Bluehili,” “we”) handles personal information collected through this website. In short: we collect what we need to answer your request and arrange a SafeTuck trial, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Please don’t send patient information
This site is for facility and business inquiries. Do not enter any patient names, records or other protected health information in our forms or emails. We don’t need it, and the forms aren’t built to handle it.
What we collect
When you request a trial
The trial request form asks for your name, work email, mobile number, role, facility name and type, number of operating rooms, specialties, who approves new products, how your team positions patients today, and your timing. If you tick the optional texting box, we also record that you agreed to receive texts.
When you download the worksheet or checklist
We collect your name, work email and facility. For the cost worksheet we also receive the numbers you entered (operating rooms, cases per day, surgical days per week, and cost per OR minute if you gave one) so we can send your worksheet.
When you book a call
Bookings are made through Calendly, which is embedded on this page and collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy. Calendly may set its own cookies in that embedded window.
When you visit
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and video plays. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. We may also use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to understand how the page is used; it may set a cookie, and it is configured to hide anything you type into forms. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising cookies.
When you email or call us
We keep what you send so we can respond and follow up on your request.
How we use it
- To respond to your trial request and plan a demonstration or trial at your facility
- To send the worksheet or checklist you asked for
- To follow up about SafeTuck by email or phone, and by text only if you opted in
- To prepare vendor credentialing and trial paperwork your facility requires
- To keep this site secure and understand which parts are useful
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you: Formspree (form delivery), Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (hosting and analytics), PostHog (analytics, if enabled), our email and phone providers, and PodLab LV, the agency that builds and runs this website and our marketing. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Ventis Surgical Solutions, the manufacturer of SafeTuck, when it is needed to set up a trial, process an order or answer a product question for your facility.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- Business transfers: if Bluehili is merged or sold, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
We text you only if you tick the optional box on the trial request form. Messages relate to your request, such as scheduling and trial logistics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We never share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and trial records for as long as we have a business relationship with your facility and for a reasonable period afterward, generally no more than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
